Memo To: All Arkansas Conservation District Employees

Belew Subject: Education Sub-Committee and "New" Employee Date: February 12, 1999 At the last board meeting of the Arkansas Association of Conservation Districts, a new sub-committee was formed which will deal specifically with the issue of conservation education. The Area President’s will select the sub-committee; however, your input in the selection process is extremely valuable. If you know of someone whom you would like to see appointed to this sub-committee, please notify your Area President immediately. Attached you will find the criteria for prospective sub-committee members. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. Next, it is my pleasure to announce that effective February 22, 1999 Julie Radell will become a full time employee of AACD. From her position with the Arkansas Soil and Water Commission, Julie has spent the last 11 years working on behalf of AACD. As an actual employee of AACD Julie will have the opportunity to devote her full time and talents to serving the Arkansas Conservation Districts.
