Arkansas NRCS will be advertising several Pathways Intern positions for Summer 2022 and a Recent Graduate position in the upcoming weeks on USAJobs. These paid internships provide the opportunity to convert to permanent federal employment upon graduation without further competition, if individuals meet the program requirements by the time they graduate.
